Robert is a U.S. Marine veteran and brings 15 years of leadership experience supporting military and federal government missions. His background spans intelligence, cybersecurity, and operational analysis across diverse environments and agencies. Throughout these roles, he demonstrated a consistent ability to rapidly adapt, align deliverables with the priorities of military and government leadership, and strengthen operational effectiveness across command echelons. As a cybersecurity and risk management leader, Robert founded Coalescent Eon with the purpose of helping organizations navigate the complexities that hinder modernization. Drawing on his experience across military, federal, and private‑sector ecosystems, he recognized the need for a partner capable of translating complex operational demands into sustainable digital advancement.
